Today I’m up on the Craftin Desert Divas Blog with the Daily Post. I created a card that could be used not only for Mother’s Day but anytime you want to tell someone how awesome they are.
Here’s what I created.
To create this card I chose my patterned paper, stamp and sentiment then decided on the die-cuts, inks, and embossing powder. There is no rhyme to my reason; that’s for sure! I stamped the largest rose image from Flowers In Bloom Stamp Set with watermark ink onto watercolor paper and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. Watercolored the rose and added a touch of gold ink to the leaves. Using the Fancy Stitched Label Dies, I die-cut the image and sentiment. Adding a die-cut layer using the Picture Frame Die onto the card base.
