I Love VOO, too!

Hi and welcome! As you know, it's time to shift from Christmas and New Year's to Valentine's Day in the world of cardmaking. I have to admit after working with this cutie from the Whimsy Stamps Voodoo Stamp set, I'm okay with that. I like that this is something a little bit different for Valentine's Day and can easily be used throughout the year, as well. As always, I have a quick video tutorial for you.

HOW TO

Stamp image using Memento Tuxedo Black ink

Using a T-Ruler (any ruler) and a black fine tip pen extend the lines out on each side

Create a mask using either masking paper or post-it notes to mask off anything below the line

Mask off the top of the paper with scrap paper, line top of the stencil pattern up with the line you just drew across the paper, using red ink and ink dauber apply ink to stencil

Add heart stencil

Airbrush using R59 Copic Sketch Marker and Copic Airbrush Starter system or you can use an ink dauber and apply ink

Cut down to 4" x 5.25", stamp sentiment to the left of the doll, using ATG tape adhere to a 4.25" x 5.5" red cardbase

Cut a piece of #80 white cardstock for inside the card, adhere with ATG tape, and stamp XOXO in the bottom right corner, finish off with black enamel dots

Can you believe it? Not one piece of mounting foam was used! Thanks for joining me today. I hope you enjoyed this quick tutorial. Let me what you think of this cutie in the comments below!
