Chilly Stamp Set
I stamped the Chilly image using Rangers Archival Ink – Jet Black onto Canson Watercolor paper, stamping the snowflakes with Versa Mark and heat embossing using AC ZING! Silver Glitter Finish embossing powder, water-colored the image and background using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Watercolors, die cut the image and small banner using CDD Stitched Fancy Frame Dies, layered the image onto paper from the Sugarplum 6 x 6 Paper pad using fun foam.
